Downloadable QR Code For Form 

Generate and download a QR code for any published form.

Choose your Salesforce object and record to create a prefilled form URL and QR code.

Bug Fixes

Form Rule Validation Error

Known Issue:

Validation failed when multiple sub-conditions were used in form rules.

Resolved Issue:

The validation logic now correctly handles multiple sub-conditions without error.

File Upload Field Issue

Known Issue:

File uploads were occasionally failing or not attaching properly within the form.

Resolved Issue:

The file upload functionality has been fixed for consistent and reliable uploads.

Form Style Display Glitch

Known Issue:

Minor styling inconsistencies appeared in the form layout on specific screen sizes.

Resolved Issue:

All styling glitches have been resolved for a clean, uniform user experience.
