Overview:

In this release v1.13, we’ve introduced a new feature to help users get started quickly, along with many major improvements to the form builder. We’ve also fixed key issues to make the overall experience smoother and more reliable.

Major Feature Update 

1. Take A Tour: A guided, step-by-step walkthrough designed for new users of Forms Made Easy. This tour briefly explains the Setup tab, starting with connecting your organization, followed by an overview of the available pre-built form templates and the use cases for each of them. It helps users quickly understand how to get started and choose the right template for their needs.

2. New Form Dashboard UI: The UI is redesigned from a card-based layout to a structured table format. 

3. Added Delete Submission (Single /Bulk) in Form Submission: Allows users to delete individual form submissions or delete all submissions at once.

4. Google CAPTCHA: Adds Google CAPTCHA to verify users and prevent spam submissions. 

5. Add Header: Adds a header to the form to display a title.

6. Added Three More General Fields: 

• Video Field: Users can add a video URL to display the video inside the form.

•  Rating Field: The rating field allows users to provide feedback.

Users can select their rating through a star-based interface.

• Terms & Conditions Field: The Terms & Conditions field allows the form creator to provide a Terms & Conditions URL.

7. Show Pagination:  Displays page numbers in multi-page or single-page forms.

8. Draft Saving Option: Allows users to save the form as a draft and continue filling it later.

9. Prevent Multiple Submission: Prevents users from submitting the form multiple times.

10.  Form Style - Font Family Option: Allows users to change the font family of the form to customize. 

11. Publish Option- Copy QR Code Option: Allows users to copy the generated QR code of the published form. 

12. Bulk Prefill Form Via Email: Allows users to send prefilled records via email.

13: Form Sections Collapse Option: Allows form sections to be collapsed or expanded.

14. Supported Dependent Picklist Feature: Dependent Picklist feature allows one picklist field (called the Dependent Field) to display values based on the selection made in another picklist field (called the Controlling Field).

15.  Added Placeholder to All Fields: Placeholder appears inside the input box before the user enters any value. Placeholder disappears once the user starts typing.

Bug fixes :-

In Picklist Field -

Known Issue:  Picklist field does not allow saving options that start with the same word - Incorrect duplicate validation.

Resolved Issue: Now, the system allows users to enter picklist options that start with the same word, as long as the complete option text is different.
